Allow Pop-Ups Before Starting the Screener

Your personalized PDF opens in a new window or tab. Please allow pop-ups before starting the screener.

This screener generates a personalized BH Navigation report for you, which opens in a new browser window or tab. Some browsers call that a “pop-up.” If pop-ups are blocked, your PDF may not open. To ensure your report opens correctly, pop-ups must be allowed in your browser before you begin.

 

What is a pop-up? A pop-up is a new window or tab that opens from a website. For this screener, the pop-up is not an ad. It is how your PDF opens after you complete the screener.

If pop-ups are blocked, your PDF may not open and you may need to retake the screener.

  1. Open Safari

  2. Select Safari > Settings

  3. Click Websites

  4. Select Pop-up Windows

  5. Find bhnavigation.com and choose allow

  6. Return to BH Navigation and Begin the Screener

  4. Click Site Settings

  5. Choose Pop-ups and Redirects

  6. Add bhnavigation.com to allowed sites

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Cookies and Site Permissions

  4. Click Pop-ups and Redirects

  5. Add bhnavigation.com Under Allow

  6. Return to BH Navigation and Begin the Screener

  1. Open Firefox

  2. Select Firefox > Settings

  3. Select Privacy and Security

  4. Under Permissions, Click Exceptions Next to Block Pop-up Windows

  5. Add bhnavigation.com

  6. Return to BH Navigation and Begin the Screener

  3. Select Privacy and Security

  4. Click Site Settings

  5. Choose Pop-ups and Redirects

  3. Go to Settings > Site Settings

  4. Tap Pop-ups and Redirects

  5. Allow Pop-ups

  6. Return to BH Navigation and Begin the Screener

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Open Site Settings

  4. Turn Off Block Pop-ups

  5. Return to BH Navigation and Begin the Screener

Still Having Trouble?

Please check:

  • Did you allow pop-ups for www.bhnavigation.com?

  • Are you using the same browser where you changed the setting?

  • Did the PDF open in another tab?

  • Did the PDF save to your Downloads folder?

  • Are you using a work, school, or managed device that may automatically block pop-ups?

If the PDF still does not open, you may need to allow pop-ups and retake the screener.

Once pop-ups are enabled, return to the screener and begin.

At the end of the questionnaire, your personalized BH Navigation report will automatically open in a new window.
